Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.
Goods will only be despatched to the customer when payment has been
made in full and funds cleared, Credit/debit cards are subject to
validation/authorisation given by the card issuer.
Cheques should be made payable to THOX LTD. Acceptance of cheques is
dependent on the relevant details of a guarantee card being written on the reverse of the cheque. The details required are the card number and the expiry date. Any items paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and valid at the time of contract and
include free postage and packing to any UK address.
Orders outside the European Union may attract local sales taxes; the rules and rates may vary according to the country.
Any such charges must be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment.
Delivery
Please allow 5 working days for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Thox of any change of delivery address.
Thox will not accept liability for delays or non-delivery of the goods where this is caused by any circumstances beyond its control.
Our prices are inclusive of delivery in the UK and will be sent by First Class Mail. Delivery charges outside the UK (via Airmail) are as follows:
Europe - 1 to 4 £1.70, 5 to 10 £2.70, 11 to 20 £3.70, 21 to 30 £5.70, 31 to 40 £7.70 41 to 50 £9.15, over 50 £10.00
