If you are not completely satisfied with your Thox we will refund your purchase - that's the "Love your Thox" 14 day money-back promise.
The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and complete with packaging as
received. We will happily exchange or provide a full refund as soon as possible after we have received the goods.
After 14 days faulty goods only may be returned.
Terms & conditions
"Company" means Thox Ltd.
"Terms" means the terms and conditions.
"Goods" means any items offered for sale by the company.
"Customer" means any individual or company who places an order with
Thox for goods.
"Contract" means the acceptance by Thox of an order placed by a
customer and the acceptance by the customer of the company terms and conditions. The contract shall commence when Thox commences or agrees to accept the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- The customer will be liable for the cost of the return postage.
- Please note the goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us and we are unable to accept liability for items lost in the post. Customers are advised to obtain a ?Certificate of Posting? form stamped by the Royal Mail when returning any items.
- When returning items please remember to enclose your name, address and order number. It would be helpful to us to know why the items are being returned.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the customer in the event that the Company is unable to carry out any part of the contract for causes beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.
The Company will notify the customer as soon as is reasonably possible in such
circumstances.
